My sweet boy, Ivanhoe. I fell in love with him instantly and couldn't wait for him to travel from Germany to Maine. He became the King of the house as soon as he arrived and I have never had a cat so loyal as him. I thank Anja for sending him to me. Ivanhoe loves to play with Alexia & Noah's toys as well as his own. You never know what mischief he will be in. And now that he is a proud father, I can see his loving traits in his kittens as well. Ivanhoe loves to sit on the computer desk and help me send emails.

My pretty girl Fanny or Fanny Pants as I call her, we were very lucky to get her from Rita at Storybookats. She loves to look out the sliding window & watch the birds. She had instant motherly instincts especially when my son, Brandon came home with a little black kitten he named Tommy. Fanny watches over him faithfully |

Then we have Cleopactra. She is a wonderful girl. I call her Cleo My Love. I went to visit Rita from Storybookats to bring Fanny home, but once I was home I couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful Cleo was. So I called Rita and said I wanted her too. She is very affectionate and is both my & my husband's cat. We are very lucky to have these two beautiful girls. |
Koeni's Dahlia

One day, my seven year old daughter, Alexia was upset. When I asked why, she said she was sad because she didn't have a kitty of her very own. So I went to Anja Koeni's website, where we got Ivanhoe and fell in love with this sweet little black tortie named Dahlia. It didn't take long to talk my husband, Rick into getting Dahlia or Darling Dahlia as we call her, for Alexia. The hard part was looking at all the updated photos Anja emailed to us from the time we wanted her until she arrived on Thanksgiving Day. The best part of this was, Alexia couldn't understand why we were going on such a long drive (to Logan Airport) instead of staying home cooking a turkey, she had no idea she was getting her own kitten that day. But when we got to the airport, it was love at first sight for Alexia and Dahlia and we saved the turkey to cook for another day.
